Highland Capital Management Fund Advisors, L.P., investment adviser to Highland HFR Equity Hedge ETF (the “Fund”), announced on April 1, 2016 that it will be closing and liquidating the Fund effective April 11, 2016. On April 15, 2016, the Fund made a final liquidating distribution to shareholders in the amount of $1,914,990.00 or $19.1499 per share.
